• KMUTT is the first public university achieving full autonomy to support leading researchers and technologists

Academics _______________

• The School of Information Technology (SIT) at KMUTT offers academic programs during both regular hours and also during evening classes
• The curricula concentrate on five major areas, including computer science, information technology, software engineering, e-business and bioinformatics

Student Life _______________

• Join one of the many clubs or organizations on campus, including but not limited to: Science Student Club, Robot Club, Takraw Club, International Cultural Exchange Club, and many more
• Visit the Thai Elephant Conservation Center which aims to provide the last home for Thai Elephants in Thailand. They provide free medical treatment to every sick elephant that needs it. Nowaday there are over 50 elephants under well care by the center’s mahouts and vets
• Take a dip in one of Chae Son National Park’s hot springs after a long day wandering through the park and a teak forest
• Walk through the lovely Thai house, Ban Sao Nak. Take in all aspects of this historic home, and admire the photos and antiques
• Explore Wat Phra Tat Lampang Luang (The Sedan Chair). A Thai temple that consists of a series of wooden buildings
